1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account on, or embedding widgets from GMBSync (`gmbsync.com`), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service & Independent Status

GMBSync provides software tools enabling businesses to synchronize public Google Business Profile reviews, display conversion-optimized web widgets, manage AI review response drafts, and schedule local updates.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing Policies

GMBSync offers tiered subscription plans:

• Free Tier: 1 connected location, 7-day sync interval, standard widgets with a "Powered by GMBSync" watermark link.
• Pro Tier ($14.99/mo or $11.99/mo billed annually): 1 connected location, daily automated sync, watermark removal, custom styling.
• Growth & AI Tier ($29.99/mo or $23.99/mo billed annually): Up to 3 locations, 6-hour sync interval, 100 AI review responses/mo, Google Posts scheduler.
• Agency Tier ($59.99/mo or $47.99/mo billed annually): Up to 10 locations, 1-hour fast sync, unlimited AI replies, white-label client access.

7-Day Free Trial: Paid plans may include a 7-day trial period. If you do not cancel prior to the end of the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged the recurring subscription fee.

Cancellation & Refunds: Subscriptions renew automatically every billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your merchant dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active paid billing period.

4. Acceptable Use & AI Automation Policy

You agree not to use GMBSync to:

• Post fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, or deceptive review responses.
• Abuse CodeWays AI Studio to generate spam, harassment, or violate Google's Prohibited and Restricted Content policies.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the widget distribution engine, rate limits, or security filters.
• Sync or claim Google Business Profiles for businesses you do not legally own or are not authorized to represent as an agency.

5. Service Availability & Performance

GMBSync utilizes Cloudflare Workers and Edge CDN to deliver sub-15KB widgets with high availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service resulting from upstream Google API maintenance, third-party network disruptions, or scheduled maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMBSync and CodeWays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, customer goodwill, or data arising out of or related to your use of the service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be communicated by email or via notifications in the merchant dashboard. Continued use of GMBSync after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
